At Glowmina Beauty, we offer free tracked shipping across the EU and UK on every order. No minimum purchase required.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (Monday – Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

🚚 Delivery Times

  • EU countries — 3 to 5 business days
  • United Kingdom — 3 to 5 business days
  • Remote areas — may take an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Order Tracking

  • Every order includes tracked delivery with a tracking number.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package in real time.
  • If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partner and either locate your package or send a free replacement.

📸 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
